On this December 24th, the State of Libya commemorates the anniversary of its independence, which was achieved through the sacrifices of the nation’s fathers who made every effort until Libya gained its freedom and independence on this day in the year of 1951.
On this solemn occasion, the Embassy of the State of Libya in the United States extends its warmest congratulations and blessings to the people of Libya. We pray that God Almighty returns the nation to bliss and prosperity, by virtue of the sacrifices of the righteous martyrs for the sake of stemming the intent of those who seek to subvert the nation’s security and stability.
